Good location and amicable staff were a definite plus. Clean pool too. Moreover, I parked at the on site.

Absolutely incredible staff, ideal location, good beds. The room was well cleaned and uniquely decorated, the bathroom was marble. The food was exceptional and with a great selection of options. We liked friendly service.

Appreciated how superior the property was. The location is great, you cannot beat it. There's a wide range of restaurants to choose from, like Pastes Mineria, set within 10 minutes walk or so.

A wide array of restaurants to eat close by, like Bistro la Bastille that was only 5 minutes' walk away. Free parking available on site. We loved the fact that we chose portonovo plaza expo. Decent base for a city break in Guadalajara.
